Dial up Conditions

SuperSaver Conditions

Available to new Netspace customers only. After a once of set up fee of $4.95, the cost of the SuperSaver plan is $7.95 per month. The minimum agreement length is three months. Payments are made quarterly, at $23.85 every three months. Payments can be made by credit card only. This plan includes 250MB of monthly downloads, after which downloads are charged at 15 cents per MB. There are four hour session limits with 15 minutes idle time before automatic disconnection. 10MB of free webspace and one free mailbox of 15MB in size are included. National roaming allows for remote access across Australia.

Extreme Conditions

This plan features no fixed downloads or time limits at a cost of $19.95 per month or $229.95 annually, after a once off set up fee of $4.95. The minimum agreement length is three months. Monthly payments can be made by credit card only, however, annual payments can also be made by cheque, money order or by EFTPOS at Netspace (Level 1, 683 Burke Rd Camberwell, Melbourne, 3124).

Concurrent logins are not permitted on this plan, and a six hour session limit with an idle time of 15 minutes applies before automatic disconnection. 10 MB of free webspace and five free mailboxes are included. National roaming allows for remote access across Australia and domain linking is available. Netspace Roaming can also be used with this plan to connect through thousands of access points and Wi-Fi Hotspots around Australia and overseas.

Casual Dial Conditions

After an up front annual fee of $27, this pay-as-you-go plan costs $2.20 per hour of usage. You can pay for the upfront annual fee by credit card, cheque, money order or by EFTPOS at Netspace (Level 1, 683 Burke Rd Camberwell, Melbourne, 3124). Ongoing monthly payments must be made by credit card.

There are no session limits, but automatic disconnection will occur after one hour of inactivity. Concurrent, or multiple, logins are permitted on the one account. One free mailbox is available on this plan, as is national roaming for access Australia-wide. Domain linking is available. Netspace Roaming can also be used with this plan to connect through thousands of access points and Wi-Fi Hotspots around Australia and overseas.

Block Account Conditions

Block accounts are a pre-paid service where access hours are purchased in blocks of 20, 50, 100 or 200 hrs. The more hours purchased, the lower the hourly rate. Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, money order or by EFTPOS at Netspace (Level 1, 683 Burke Rd Camberwell, Melbourne, 3124).

The block fee is charged in advance. There are no session limits, but automatic disconnection will occur after one hour of inactivity. Concurrent, or multiple, logins are permitted on the one account. 10MB of free webspace and one free mailbox of 15MB in size are included. National roaming allows for remote access across Australia. Domain linking is available. Unused prepaid hours will expire 12 months from purchase.

Payment Conditions

Where applicable, excess hours used beyond monthly quotas are charged at $2.20 per hour and are billed monthly in arrears. Your current usage is always available for viewing through the MyNetspace portal. Unused hours are not rolled over to the following month.

For payments by credit card we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners' Card and American Express. The date upon which your Dial up connection is confirmed becomes your Anniversary Date. This is the date upon which your agreement starts and is also the date where your monthly data usage is calculated. Where applicable, your monthly fee will be charged each month to your credit card around 10 days before your Anniversary Date. A tax invoice will be sent to your primary Netspace email address whenever your account is billed.
